How buying from AFRIODA works. Items marked as being finalised will be updated as our policies are confirmed.
How do I buy products online?
Open the Shop, choose a product and select "Add to cart". When you are ready, open your cart and continue to checkout. Products that need a quotation show a "Request a quote" button instead.
How do I ask for wholesale prices?
Use the Request a Quote form or the Wholesale page. You can add several products to one request, with the quantity and unit for each. You will receive a reference number when the request is recorded.
How do I enquire about livestock?
Go to the Livestock page and complete the livestock enquiry. Tell us the animal type, how many you need, any breed or specification, where you are and when you need them.
How do I know if a product is available?
Each product page shows availability when it is being tracked. Where it says "Ask about availability", send a quotation request or contact us and we will confirm.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Some products show a minimum order on the product page. Our general minimum order policy is being finalised; contact us if you need to confirm a quantity.
Do you deliver, and where?
Delivery areas and charges are being finalised. When you place an order or request a quotation, tell us your location and we will confirm whether we can deliver or arrange collection.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Where online payment is not yet available, we confirm how to pay when we confirm your order.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
We aim to respond to every quotation request as soon as possible. Our committed response time will be published here once confirmed.
Can I supply products to AFRIODA?
Yes. Use the supplier and partnership option on the Contact page to tell us what you produce or distribute, where you are and the volumes you can supply.
How do I contact AFRIODA?
