When you place an order, request a quotation or send us a message, we collect the details you enter: your name, telephone number, email address (if given), business name (if given), delivery location and the products and quantities you ask about.
We use a cookie to keep your shopping cart working. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, process and deliver orders, take payment through our payment provider when online payment is enabled, and keep the records we are required to keep by law.
Who we share it with
We share details only where needed to complete your order: for example with a payment provider to take a payment, or with a transport provider to deliver goods. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order and quotation records for as long as we need them for business and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
